About

Amy Holt

Amy is many things–a licensed massage therapist, freelance writer and editor, herbalist, vegetable grower, inveterate organizer, yoga instructor, and author. She holds a masters degree in English from the University of Maine, graduated from the Downeast School of Massage, and has studied at both the Namasté Institute and Seven Centers Yoga Arts. She’s a sucker for mystery novels, hot chocolate, anything green, long winters, and wild landscapes.
